system. This software has been tailored to meet the
specific needs of our customers. With tightly integrated
order processing, shipping, inventory control, and reporting
capabilities, you can rest easy knowing that your inventory
is accurate and your orders are processed quickly and
correctly.
Pick verification is performed using Clippership©
software written by Kewill systems. Clippership©
is a powerful, Windows-based application that manages
multi-carrier requirements, including e-manifesting,
compliance label generation, and countless reporting
capabilities. This ensures accuracy in the shipping
process and allows us to generate required shipping
labels and tracking numbers. The Clippership© system
is fully integrated with the ADD+ON applications software
to increase efficiency and eliminate keystroke errors.
Also tightly integrated into the applications software
is a powerful, full featured Tradelink© EDI system
from Softcare, providing us with a full range of EDI
capabilities. Using AT&T Easylink as our
value added network (VAN), we have interconnects with
all major VANs and currently send ASN data to major
retailers around the country. We are capable of receiving
your orders and/or sending shipment confirmations to
you electronically via EDI. Because of the tight integration,
no re-keying of orders or shipments is required, improving
accuracy and efficiency.
Our internal network is connected via a high-speed circuit,
through a firewall to the Internet. Using current e-mail,
word processing, and spreadsheet tools our staff can
quickly communicate and share documents with your staff.

with a secure area where you can access inventory and
order status information on demand, as well as download
customized reports.
